Dsync and input lag

About two and a half weeks ago I started getting a delay with some input lag and desync I play on the Xbox series s I thought it was my hard drive going out so I went and replaced it with my warranty and I'm still having the same issues

    its your internet , but mostly their garbage servers... your location and which server you are connecting too will also help in determining the problem
