I have a lot of money and skins on my Xbox acc its almost level 500 and has a heirloom too and I've tried everything to get it back but i don't have the email or password for it anymore if someone could help it would be much apricated.

If you had previously played Apex on Xbox and are trying to access that content on Steam, you'll only need to link your Steam account to whichever EA account already contains your Xbox. Removing or unlinking your Xbox account would only result in losing that progress, since it is stored on the EA account and not your Xbox account itself.
If you don't recall the email or password for the EA account, you can try logging in here using an incognito/private browser window, or after logging out of your current account. You should have the option to log in with your Xbox account information instead and from there checking your account information might help recall which email was used for the EA account.
From there, the steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but if you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there. This would also be the best option if you're unable to sign in with the steps above.
