Heyyy!! Check out this fix and see if this helps with your dual monitor issue!!! I just tried it after having the same issue and it works great!!!
Open origin, click My Game Library, right click Apex, click Game Properties, uncheck "Enable Origin in Game for Apex Legends"

Im using a gtx 1080ti and iv connected all my monitors to my gpu. Before i reinstalled my windows everything was fine.. this must be a new bug because it happens to alot of people who reinstalled windows .
Ive also disabled discord ingame overlay or any kind of overlay, iv closed every other programm but nothing is working here :/
