I doubt it is your hardware specs ! I have a i7 and a 3070 strix and I experience the exact same issue ! I think it has something to do with internal timings of our machines ! When I changed it from an ai profile to an xmp1 profile it increased the rate it crashed ! Try straight default timings and see what happens ! For me itx xmp2 !~
