PSN connected to someone else's EA account.

Hello, I just started playing Apex again on my PC Steam account a few days ago and wanted to link my original PSN account that i played on years ago to have all my skins and progress. Unfortunately when i went to connect the PSN account it stated that it was already linked to someone else's EA account. From what i remember i had a significant amount of progress and skins soo..I'm here to request my PSN account to be unlinked from that random persons account and linked to mine now. All my emails are the same and i still obviously have access to the PSN account so I'm not sure how this happened. Pls help and thank you.
