i also had this issue some time ago, try adding this in the launch settings (exactly as is) of the game in steam:
+staticprop_color_use_bindless 0 +staticprop_depth_use_bindless 0 +r_drawworld_depth_bindless 0
When i added that command it worked, but i aslo updated the gpu driver to the latest version (beta at the time, not sure if it still is) and that could also fix your issue without the command.
