Please Help Identify the Cause of My Apex Legends Ban

I genuinely do not know which application or background process triggered my Apex Legends ban. I want to identify the cause so I can fix the problem and prevent it from happening again.

I have investigated the issue myself but still cannot determine which application may be responsible. Please provide any guidance that could help me identify the cause.

If you cannot provide this information, please reconsider my ban or clarify whether my IP address is restricted and whether there is an official way to play Apex Legends again.
