Ea account banned after linking accounts

Help!! I am a day 1 apex legends player. I have my original account on Xbox and my pc account that I switched to around season 8. With the new cross progression I thought I would link my accounts to get everything combined. I got on steam yesterday and played apex with zero issues. Last night I linked my steam and Xbox, went to login to apex this morning and my account has a ban with no reason listed! I can not get thru to anyone with EA and have zero clue what to do. I have thousands of dollars invested in my accounts and just like there with zero reason given its gone!!

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I can’t get assistance anywhere. I’ve already followed that process. It’s quite sad how terrible the EA customer service is.

@EA_Barry How about you provide me some help! I am a day 1 player with tons of money into this game and I’m getting zero help from anyone at EA!!!!!

@Notorious_Hawk23 they won't help. you have to jump through hoops to find the email or chat option and even then it's difficult to get help.

I’m beginning to see that. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced from a video game. I literally played the game, that night linked accounts, woke up the next morning and was banned with zero information. Lost so much respect for EA. Just a gigantic joke of a system.

mine just banned me too. after i tried to login to xbox when ive been using PC
