Ea banning my account for no reason

So ea banned me for no reason at all . I changed my password and the app didn't accept my new password so I kept changing it and this stupid app of yours kept refusing my new password and then thay banned me for no reason and interestingly enough I live in Iran and I'm pretty sure USA unbanned any internet related bans for the people of Iran but you still kept banning me anyway which is against the law and you also do not allow contacting a direct support which I believe is just anoying so this is my last way of saying that you need to unban my account as fast as possible

    I'm not going into an all legal thing here, but do note that private companies are allowed to restrict internet access from other countries, they wouldn't be violating any laws. (IANAL)

    Either way, these types of issues aren't handled on AHQ as it's a matter between you and the ToS team.

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @lucifer_asg 

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    I don't care that they banned a hole country but you know it feels bad when every single company bans your country because of a stupid law and then they don't even bother to unban it after that law gets removed . Also when I click on contacting support it says my account is banned and I can't access support team or even a real person it just directs me here

    I don't think they've banned any specific countries, seems a tad unlikely to me.

    If your account got banned then you should still be able to contact the support team via this page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    If it does not work properly, try clearing your browser cookies.

    Oh yeah they did . For about 2 years now . My account did get banned for some other stupid reason . But without a vpn or some sort of special method ... No one in my country can use origins or ea app or in fact any of the games that ea offers . I use * vpn to play an offline game ffs.
