Ea customer service is a crap show

Can't get ahold of anyone for customer service and all they do is say go to ea.help and select a topic then after a few selections your supposed to see a chat now button yeah there is no dam button for that so you just go it circles for ever and get absolutely no where

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble getting in touch with support.

The available contact channels can vary slightly depending on your location, the time, and the issue you've selected, but aside from creating a case here you can also speak with support over Twitter or Facebook instead if either of those are options for you.

What was the issue you're running into? We can definitely check to see if there's a different topic that may give better results depending on what you're experiencing.

One of the reps here had me go and select account issues and reset password. There should be an option there to select live chat

If its about a ban live chat cannot help you, neither can anyone here on AHQ, only the Tos team can assist with a ban via your case.
If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers about something else, then you may need to play around with the contact subjects in your case setup. This got me to live chat.

You can contact EA live support at
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:

Game or Service eg Origin

Platform eg PC

Topic eg Missing content

Issue eg had content and lost it

Recommended support option will be live chat.

Then you can choose to begin a live chat.
There may be some waiting time.

I don't have live chat either, just email,No customer service.
