Ea deleted my account

So i dont know where to begin but I recently wanted to get back into apex I havent played since February 26th 2024 and I had my steam and xbox account linked together I went to login onto the account through the website or whatever prompt pops up in game and I tried using the account sign in for my xbox and it said I needed to make a account i find that very odd and then I tried my steam and same thing so i went through with the steam login and "made the account" since im still using the same steam profile and find out all of my skins and now progress is now gone. which makes no sense on how my account is completely gone from 2 platforms and im not honestly sure how this even happened in the first place I havent changed any of my info on any account and whatever info I use is correct but im being told that none of my info even matches the "old account they found" even my ip address ? which makes 0 * sense lmao, I have provided all the information i needed for the accounts even my xbox information all my info is the exact same on every account including birthday billing address whatever but apparently its not according to you guys which again makes noooooo sense at all so now im lost out on my heirloom and whatever else i owned but also probably other EA games as well since they were all tied to my steam and xbox account i dont know how you guys even unlink or delete my accounts without my permission this is wild and not only when i try to get it back im basically told im not the owner of any old source of accounts tied to history is a complete joke and a slap in the face  720 hours on steam but yea im a level 3 apparently when i was level 400+ last time i checked

    Your progress is stored at the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like Xbox, Steam, etc.

    If your platforms have been linked to a new EA Account, you wouldn't have any progress as a result. We'd need to try locating whichever account they were linked to previously and re-link them there instead.

    It sounds like the support team had located an old account they think may be the original, but it would be worth checking any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past as well.

    To try regaining access to any particular account however, you'll need to continue working with the support team as we cannot make any changes to your accounts here on the forums.

    Your progress is stored at the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like Xbox, Steam, etc.

    If your platforms have been linked to a new EA Account, you wouldn't have any progress as a result. We'd need to try locating whichever account they were linked to previously and re-link them there instead.

  • okay but when im working with them they told me the information i had given was incorrect but how my accounts literally all share the same ip/birthday/billing address/phone number etc and they said its wrong so i cant verify im the owner like IN WHAT UNIVERSE DOES THIS MAKE SENSE HOW WOULD I EVEN BE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THESE EMAILS IF IM NOT THE OWNER AND ACTIVELY ON THEM IN OTHER GAMES MADE BY EA

    @Izueno 

    We wouldn't be able to see or discuss details of what took place on your account here via the forums, sorry. You'll need to speak with support about that.

    In some cases this type of thing would pop up either if an account's been disabled for inactivity and the wrong account is used to sign back in, or if someone else gained access to the account and changed the login details.

    It would be worth going through these security steps if you feel someone else may have gained access to the account, but only our support team would be able to clarify those details or make any changes to the account itself.

  • This exact thing has happened to me today like I could of written this I literally played apex on the 13th july 2024, today the account unlinked and not a trace I'm giving every bit of detail possible but nope they can't verify me at all no codes go to my email I've sent it's been 4 hours I've lost all my progress Absolutely everything and they can't help me
