EA Help, I can't get in touch with customer service

24 hours ago, the coins I purchased in my Steam wallet did not arrive. I sought help from EA customer service, but it showed that the advisor does not support this issue. I am really frustrated. I asked many bloggers, and they all told me to wait 24 hours, but a long time has passed now. I still haven't received the coins I should have.

I really beg you, I really need your help!

    This is a link to the EA help page on missing coin. If you do not find the answer you need on that page, there is an EA "contact us" button at the center bottom of that webpage .

    I have tried to contact you many times,

    but the responses I receive always say that consultants do not support this type of issue.

    bfndhs​ After purchasing the Apex Coins, did you then launch the game with Steam?

    If you did launch the game with Steam, is your Steam Account linked to the same EA Account you use to play Apex? (Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account, so if the platform link isn't correct, that can be why).
