EA is absolute trash
I was playing apex when I randomly got banned. I appealed it and heard absolutely nothing. I'm genuinely so pissed off at this dumb game and the people that run it.

How long ago have you sent in an appeal? Usually responses can take around 72 hours, but may take up to 30 days depending on how busy they are.
An email should also have been sent to your account's mail including the ban reason.
Some bans should also show up in your ban history.
