EA makes the error and I bear the consequences

Hi guys.

I am writing this post because I am very frustrated when I encounter problems from the publisher that lead to my account being locked. It uses Google translate so it will be incomplete and confusing but I still want to write down my frustration. Hope someone reads it.

Yesterday, November 3rd I suddenly couldn't log into my account even though I didn't change my password or something. I try to change the password many times but everything doesn't work and the error continues with the message that the login session has expired or the account is wrong. I then texted support and he solved it for me quickly by using his phone to change my password and log in and promised that my account will be back to normal soon, his name is Kuldeep and his support single code is 126058390.

After getting support to successfully sign in on my phone, I tried to log in to my computer and the error expired and the wrong account kept appearing. Then I did my own research and found out how to use VPN to change password and login will work properly (Maybe they blocked users in Vietnam). After the login was complete I turned off the VPN and entered the game normally.

It seemed that everything was over, but when entering APEX Legend, the game crash problem occurred continuously once every game. Specifically, I just play and wait for the first game to crash and then work normally, the crash happens like a network loss (I can still control the character for a bit before everything stops) and crash), I have checked the network and it works fine this error only appeared recently.

I shut down depressed because of a tiring day without entertainment but more tired. But it didn't end there when about 4 hours ago I received information that my account was locked and if I filed a complaint it would take about 30 days (enough for me to say goodbye to the game).

I write this article with frustration, frustration, and exasperation at the incomprehensible way the EA works. I may not be the first to encounter such a problem but I am certainly not the last.
