False banned and can’t remove ranked point deduction ban after unban.

I was falsely banned for cheating on nintendo switch 2 I did appeal it and have an investigation on my account in which I was unbanned, but now I have a ranked point deduction penalty that came along with the cheating ban and wasn’t removed correctly after unban, it says I was masters on split 1 when I ended top 40 I appealed at ea for this in which I was given an ai reply saying that the ranked point deduction ban was correctly placed due to cheating, the ai clearly didn’t look at the fact that I was unbanned, because the original ban was false, someone at ea please help, thank you!
