Ea Server unable to connect

all day today I’ve been having trouble playing any games online. Keeps saying unable to connect to EA Servers. I have an Xbox one. Anyone know what’s going on?!

    Hi @belirisqc, 


    Apologies for the late reply on this. If you're still running into the same error when you try logging in, can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you back online? 

    I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website when you have a chance. Those can usually tackle the most common issues we see, but if you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. 

    Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that. Thank you!

Hey @derbygodd420, 

Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to play Apex Legends? The servers should be up and running from what I'm able to see.

      hello i am having trouble with apex

      it says unable to connect to ea servers or that my internet connection is bad 

      i have a pc
