EA Still Wont Unban Me

Hey, I have sent multiple appeals and they still give me the same response, Here is the provided message

Thank you,

The annoying thing is that i keep seeming to get AI responses and i asked for a Human to resolve and look at my issue more than 3 times but it keeps giving me an AI response. I also played Apex Legends for more than 900 hours with 2 heirlooms, I spent over $600. I literally said in the appeal that my account was hacked and that when i was in mid game it said I was logged out, I clicked the log in button but then It said I couldn't log in to a different session, I tried an hour later, it worked, but then after literally 3 seconds of being in the lobby it kicked me out and then said I was banned. I then went to EA and had to change my password cause i had EA linked to my steam account for a while and I forgot my EA password, this might have been why my EA account got hacked too, because it was an old password i dont use anymore. So then when i logged in, I went to make an appeal, and provided details of my issue, and asked MULTIPLE times for a HUMAN BEING to respond to it and not a stupid AI looking response, i want this so that my issue will be solved easier cause i dont think your AI knows that people are getting banned unknowingly and randomly, its so annoying. EA forums people, can you fix my issue since EA appeal messages aren't getting read through like at all, Stupid EA support on bans are INSANE, also, Why would the bans be forever? I have literally more than 900 hours on your game, you shouldn't just ban me forever just because of one little thing, most games I played and got hacked before, and I got banned, it lasted a few days or so, BUT NO, it only lasts FOREVER, Please EA, can you please get humans to understand my issue on the Support section on appeals, I'm so annoyed that I lost my account DURING the weekly challenges with the 20 packs i still need to get, PLEASE, If I get unbanned in around a few months, i would BETTER get something in return for being wrongfully banned from someone who hacked my account.

Thanks,

- Str4fe [TTV]

    Hey folks,

I'm afraid we cannot review or change any bans or suspensions via the forums. The only team able to review these would be our Terms of Service team, via an appeal.

Just to clarify as I see this was a concern, we do not use AI or bot responses. Each appeal you submit is reviewed by a different (human) member of our Terms of Service team who will check our records of the situation to verify whether that ban may have been incorrectly applied to your account.

If the ToS team has completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the penalty, they would let you know they've completed all possible investigations and not to expect further replies. At that point it's considered final and cannot be changed, even through alternate channels like this.

The team does use some templates in their replies to make sure we're providing accurate and consistent information to those in a particular situation, but these are reviewed and sent out by humans, not AI. This would include the general reason for a ban such as cheating, inappropriate language, etc., but they would not be able to provide details such as which program was detected or when, as that type of information is extremely valuable to those that would wish to bypass our detection.

I've had the exact same experience. I have now probably sent over a dozen of support tickets with detailed information about my experience. But I still get the exact same AI response. Even when I just ask for the reason and evidence. It's like there's no singular person working In the ban department.

For your info as well I have spent over 900 hours and over 100$ on Apex. And I have almost been banned for 5 years now and haven't received any help at all.

I know I'm innocent so I will keep retaining my innocence about my false ban. And even If you won't unban me I will keep sending support tickets. Even If It Is a very selfish thing to do.
