EA Support removed their phone number and Email

After I had changed mt EA email about a year ago I've had to go through proof of purchase cases and they've been really easy up until recently after EA removed their phone number and I believe email as well. What went from a 10 to 30 minute phone call has now become a 5 day wait with no response still! Thats 120 hours! I made my case and never got a response and somebody marked my case as fixed when I never received my missing 12500 coins! (1000 and 11500 bundles) is there any way to actually communicate with EA? Is there anything I can do to get my missing $100+ coins before the caustic prestige skin becomes $500? I have 8 days left! Why did EA remove their support number?

How will I know when a Support advisor responds to the me? Its going on 2 days now and I'm not receiving any replies. Is my account bugged or do they typically not send emails anymore to you during a case? I remember prior I'd be reached out to almost immediately after making my case. This just feels off.

So essentially the OP is correct, support is now slow, unresponsive and incredibly inefficient while the products offered by EA are worse than ever. That’s some ridiculous abuse by you guys. Shame on you.
