Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

My Apex Legends account was banned because of game enhancement few months ago, and i tried to contact the Agents in EA help, and they helped me removed my ban, but very after that, they banned my account again with no reason and no email, and I can't even see this Ban in penalty history, this situation last about four months. Recently I tried to contact the Agents at least ten times and they are not solving any problems, they checked my account and they informed me that there's no active ban on my account, but when I try to login the game, it keeps block me out. They tell me to upload a web form and it's just doing nothing, no answer from EA. Now after the update, I can login to the game, but when I try match making, I couldn't join any games even the shooting range. I've never cheat before and I really cherish my account, but now I'm extremely disappointed with this game, I don't know when I can get my account back or if i still have a chance to get my account back. Now the EA team don't answer any cases, and i couldn't even get contact with the Agents.
