EA won't help me, what do I do now?
I purchased a code for some coins, I did not get the coins and it's been a week, I have been through EA support several times and have been in contact with the provider of the code. Basically, EA says it's the sellers fault, the seller says its EA fault and neither can help me.
So what do I do now? It was a lot of money and I'm just left with nothing.

Sorry to hear you still haven't received your coins. Our support team is only able to assist in situations where coins were purchased from a trusted retailer.
You can check through more information on this page about authorized retailers to see if the provider of the code is listed there.
We cannot guarantee codes sold through certain resellers for example, which is why you may be directed back to the provider in some situations.
