Abandon Penalty

I have disconnected 5 times over the past couple of weeks. It wouldn't be an issue if i was allowed back into the match... my error code tells me cant connect to the server then match ended. 

I shouldn't be penalized so harshly when honestly I don't think its coming from my end!
