EAC untrusted file (dlumd9.dll) issue

Hello!

I've seen a lot of topics about the issue I'm currently facing, yet none of the solutions brought have worked for me...

I'm unable to launch Apex Legend because the Easy Anti-Cheat software said I got an untrusted system file (System32/dlumd9.dll, to be accurate).

(I'm on Windows 8.1, updated, graphic card driver updated as well, everything updated)

Sooooo I've tried the sfc/ scannow method, finding some of my files where corrupted, repaired them with DISM, yeaaaaah, great work, now all files.

Actually my sfc/ scannow don't find any problem in my system.

But the EAC still doesn't want to trust my lil dlumd9.dll file. I've re-installed updated version of Microsoft C++ visual and Display link, still not working.

I've tried the Netsh winsock reset  thing too, with no better results.

I've read that one solution will be to reboot my PC, but since I have done this in February I hope I can avoid this.

Do you guys know any other solution I could have miss that can help me?

    @ValentinPlacines

    Easy anti-cheat sometimes has an issue with RGB lighting control software and some peripherals.

    Disabling the offending item will resolve this issue.

    I do realise this will be quite inconvenient, especially if you have to constantly uninstall/reinstall a drawing tablet for example.

    Thanks.

    I don't have RGB lighting stuff, but I've run my PC with all USB devices unplugged to see if it helped. Unfortunately it doesn't...

    Is it the nature of the untrusted file that made you think this is peripherals-related? Cause I haven't find a lot of people having issue with this specific file.
