Email invalid cant play apex

I was sent an email from origin saying my password was changed by them for safety reasons. Now I try to put my email to try to change my password and it says my email is invalid as If it doesnt exist on their database. Yet they sent me an email to my email saying it was changed. What do I do i just want to play apex again.
