Encryption Protocol Violation?

I have the exact same set up, seems like southeast US problem

• EA Account (JKellzAZ)
• Platform - XBOX
• Your region/country - USA - Arizona
• Which server you typically connect to - US-east-2 
• Your ISP - AT&T

So I called at&t and spent over 2 hours with them trying to change ports, change the DNS and whatever else he tried. Nothing worked. But if I hotspot with my verizon data it automatically works.EA_Mari​EA_Mako​ 

Seems like this might be related to AT&T or their fiber program they run through suburban and urban areas . Every user that has listed their ISP has said AT&T, including me. I’m on PS5, EA account is MagmaE, Southeast-1 sever and I’m located in the Southeast of the US. 

We are waiting and no one is saying anything about whether work is being done. We've been waiting for over 48 hours. Could you at least say if you're working on it or know what's going on? It's a bit disrespectful to go nearly 48 hours without a clear response

I signed in on a PlayStation 4 at my business down the road, and did not get the error when using Cox internet.  It connected fine on US East 1. Only went in duos, but it seemed to be working fine.  My home PlayStations, on At&T fiber still give me the same error.

From Japan, The same issue is occurring and hasn’t been resolved, so I will also provide information.

Since many Japanese users are hesitant to post in this forum due to their limited English skills, I’d like to add one more point. The same issue is occurring in Japan, and some users have reported seeing a different error message. However, the application behaves the same way, and many have said they are unable to join the lobby.

I'm having the same issue. On the us-east 1 on at&t fiber and getting the same message every time for 3 days. Pretty ridiculous 

It just started happening to me today. PS5 console. This week the server has mostly been sa-east-1, but sometimes I force it to one of the West servers. Southwest USA region, and AT&T for my service provider. Please resolve this soon. 

Correction:  I have been on various us-east and West servers, but today I am stuck on sa-east-1 even when I try to change to one of the US servers
