Apex Legends PC Input Lag Delay

Hello, so I've been playing this game for like 900 hours. During that time, I didn't have any problems. But, yesterday my game started to stutter and freeze. I've tried to use some methods, like using more proccessors, and more. However, it didn't solve it. Are there any solutions to this?

    Never mind, I already found whats causing it. It was actually switching between the Display Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, which I was using the automatic one and it was hella laggy. After I switched it to optimus mode, it turned normal again.

    this is what I get. everytime I do anything or not doing at all, it freezes like 1-2 seconds and it goes like that when I was playing the game. Please help me with this error.
