Encryption Protocol Violation?

Has anyone figured out how to fix this?

This is absolutely ridiculous. Never in any game have I ever experienced an issue as unresolvable as this one, with a company that gives absolutely zero care about finding a solution. It’s now almost been a week without being able to access the game, and other than a few employees looking for more information, there has been absolutely NO update on how to fix this, or whether they are even close to finding a fix. EA needs to do better, but of course they won’t do anything with urgency, who cares about those who can’t play their game, even when they have a limited time mode that the community has been begging for back in the game. 

EA_Mako​ doesn’t seem like the company cares if they lose a bunch of people. Maybe they want the game to die. Next update will be cox internet to go and so forth haha

Error encryption protocol violation ! I have both consoles, Xbox X and PlayStation 5 and haven’t been able to play since the new update. All my friends with AT&T can’t play with same error, other friends with Cox are able too. Any update ????

Haven’t been able to play since new update on both consoles Xbox x and PlayStation 5, same protocol violation error message. I have AT&T . All my friends with AT&T can not play, they get the same error message . 

I think they want to know if you’re connecting on US East, and I’m guessing you’re from FL or Az 🫤. Just curious-do you have any friends with ATT that are not locked out?  (I was wondering if it was just the newer expansion areas or all AT&T.)
