NEED Help MISSING CONTENT.

A year ago I unlinked my account from PC to Xbox, thinking this is how I would have cross progression, well I waited a year to unlink my account, and added it back to my original one thinking this would fix the issue, well it didn't, everything that was on my Xbox account or this account I am using now, is all gone, and won't go back to my pc which I have all these items on, currently, but all these items I am supposed to have is on my Xbox and no longer on my pc after unlinking the accounts, and my pc doesn't have anything anymore. In conclusion, I have lost on progression on the Xbox account, an want those items back if I can, I spent a lot of money on Xbox and pc, and for the very first time got heirloom shards that I never got to spend and are now gone, so I stopped playing Apex entirely, I would really like to get those items back and don't know why the accounts haven't gone back to having its original state with all my items. If someone from the comments can answer my stion please help, if EA user, someone who can assist me this would be wonderful, I asked for help last time but nothing was resolved.
