Endless black loading screen since Genesis update

Since there is little response from Respawn in other topics, i'm making a new topic. 

After pressing "continue", an endless black loading screen appears, which doesn't respond at all; you can't close the apex client. It doesn't allow me to play your beautiful game. 

Please don't tell me this problem has been solved, because it hasn't. I believe there are many people with this issue, and i'd like to keep mentioning this issue until i get some response from Respawn.

  • Same here. Tried all solutions found in the net (except re-installing my Windows) but nothing worked. I guess (!) its a problem on the account (or it has something to do with the most recent windows updates), since not every user has it but still many. 
    Respawn still is dead silence.

  • I'm having the same problem, I've uninstalled it twice already and it's not working. Please fix this. I resulted to uninstalling it and going to steam to see if it works and I don't know if it will.

  • Hey, @mistakinbody4 @Bestudo @-OkzYDakzY-  can you try to do a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

  • Hi @EA_Atic,

    Sadly, clean boot does not seem to be working. However, after the black screen loads for 10 minutes, an error occurs whereafter i can play the game relatively smoothly. This was also before the clean boot, so i don't think the clean boot had a lot of effect.
