Engin ERRO In apex legends I need help asap (season6)

Tengo el mismo problema pero cambie de cuenta si puedo jugar, significa que tiene que ver de alguna modificacion con la otra cuenta por ejemplo en la linea de comenados 

Amigo no se como fue pero desistale y repare pero al pedirme el idioma japones puse desde propiedades el juego el idioma japones y hay si me deja jugar

Instala el juego en Japones pero obviamente se ve en japones 

luego de que instales el japones pones el idioma que quiras ya sea ingles o español, en ese caso de no funcionarte ya no sabria que pueda ser

My origin id is Mac09purple and i have run into some problems after downloading the new season 7 update,

The problem is about an engine error which I get when I load up the game, which says:

(10.764) Unknown file version

(audio\ship\general_japanese_patch_1.mstr) 

After that i will get another problem about the Easy Anti-Cheat

I tried to repair apex but it still didn't work 

I got these 2 problems both on Origin and also on Steam

Please help

I get this error "unknown file version(audio\ship\general_stream_patch_1).mstr" among others with the same gist i tried to repair game, reinstall game, reinstall origin and game but it keeps coming back im not sure what the issue is can someone please help me out?

Same it's super annoying

i've tried many options to fix it like reinstall the game, update my windows, update my graphic driver, and even repair the game like dozen times but the problem never gone.

any solution please? haven't played apex much since season 7 due to this problem whereas i really excited to play this season ☹️

I have just recently tried out to change the language of Apex Legends to Japanese for a while, but then when I return the game version back into English via Steam, the game crashes with an Engine Error message: "japanese.mstr failed to open." I've tried different fixes that others have recommended such as re-installing the game or verifying the integrity of files, but it still produces the error, what fix is there for this?
