Have you tried taking out your GPU and reinserted it back into the slot?
Can you attach a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs?

Gtx890 Asus ROG laptop. Intel i7 4780 (not 100% on the 4780 part). 16 gig ram 1 tb hd (non-ssd). Pulling gpu not possible.

Check to see if you have the latest Windows update. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
Do you have the GeForce Experience so you can download the latest video card driver? They come out quite frequently and can be easily outdated if it's not something you check for month to month.GeForce Experience
