I just finished today's patch and got to the lobby screen and it's LAGGING & STUTTERING as hell then after a several seconds or a minute, it crashes with this error popping up.How to fix?

Engine Error: Unknown file version (audio\ship\general.mbnk) + lag/stuttering

I just finished today's patch and got to the lobby screen and it's LAGGING & STUTTERING as hell then after a several seconds or a minute, it crashes with this error popping up.
