Epic Games Conduit Bundle

Hello,   When the bundle came out I claimed it on Epic games and saw it on my PC but when I went to go check my Xbox it wasn't there. Both accounts are linked with the same email account.   Is th...

    As long as epic is linked, and you've launched the game once through Epic before switching back to Xbox, you should be able to find it on Xbox now. 

    However, if you can't find the skin while playing on Epic, nor on Xbox, then you most likely previously linked your Epic account to the wrong EA account and claimed the bundle on that account. If that's the case, there is no way of transferring the skin to the right account, as content is linked to the EA account, not the platform account.

Hello @Ayatrice,

when you say that the platforms are linked with the same email, do you mean you have the same progress and inventory on both platforms? As in, that cross progression is working correctly besides the bundle?

Correct, though i’ve only gotten a PC a little before the bundle came out that it correct, I dont do much ranked so thats not a problem either.

      Hello @Ayatrice,

      this is also a players-helping-players forum and we Community Managers are not direct support here - answers can therefore take a while. 

      So you got the bundle through Epic, right? Can you please check that your Epic account is correctly connected to your EA account?

        Good Morning,

        It is my EA account is in sync with my Epic account. I even signed in with my xbox account so that nothing messes up.
