Epic Games Conduit Bundle

Hello,

 
When the bundle came out I claimed it on Epic games and saw it on my PC but when I went to go check my Xbox it wasn't there. Both accounts are linked with the same email account.
 
Is there any way to fix this?

    As long as epic is linked, and you've launched the game once through Epic before switching back to Xbox, you should be able to find it on Xbox now. 

    However, if you can't find the skin while playing on Epic, nor on Xbox, then you most likely previously linked your Epic account to the wrong EA account and claimed the bundle on that account. If that's the case, there is no way of transferring the skin to the right account, as content is linked to the EA account, not the platform account.

    @Ayatrice,

    I thought you'd already claimed it when you first went through the progress? 

    I'd recommend checkling Apex on Epic first to see if the bundle is there and the progress, etc. are the same as what you expect on the Xbox. If the Conduit Bundle is there, then you should be fine. If it's not there, when you had previously played with it on PC, then I think your connections might've been incorrect the first time around.

    That is correct I have claimed the Conduit Bundle then connected Epic to EA. It is not claimed on my Xbox but I am unsure about the PC I hope it is there, thank you for your help.
