erorr while trying to link accounts

Hey ahmadhija2223,

Just to clarify the situation, any time you unlink your account there is a possibility to permanently lose your progress.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

If you played on PS4 in the past and were hoping to keep that progress moving forward, you would need to use your original EA account. Linking the PSN to the new account will not bring over any of that content - instead you'll be using whatever progress has been made on the new EA account.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth reaching back out to support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked instead.
