Error: A redistributable package (EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe)

i cant install apex becasue this error, pls help             Error: A redistributable package (EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe) was not installed successfully. setup cannot continue

    Close out any and all fortnite/epic games apps that are running then try again. Should work

I gave it a try, the install still got stuck at 38%. The .rar files actually re-install themselves into the redist folder after re-launching the install. The other posts tell you to uninstall c++ 2010 but I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
