Error CE-108255-1 at login after the update

I have recently downloaded the new version for apex legends and now it won’t let me in the game just keeps sending me to error screen with code CE-108255-1

[Threat title changed by CM for clarity. EA_Claus]

    1. go to saved data and game/app settings
    2. Under Saved data ps5 select upload of delete from console storage
    3. Select apex legends
    4. Delete
    5. Play

    I also started a new account for EA and PlayStation 5 account and downloaded apex legends and it works perfectly fine just have to start all over again. I really hope apex fix’s this soon I’ve got a lot of hours invested in that game so definitely don’t want to lose anything off it

    Ever since the update this morning wednesday may 13th the game will not run on my ps5 i’ve redownloaded it twice i’ve rebuilt the database of my console and it still crashes the instant i start it no other game is having this issue only apex legends

    hello,  you have to go into your cloud saved data settings and delete the file for apex. It will not affect your in game account.

    Hi,
    I have also got the same issue. Downloaded the update for my two consoles and now both consoles can’t load the game. Ps5. What’s happening?? I spoke to someone on the EA live chat and they said to speak to PlayStation as it’s there error code.
