Error CE 348780 can't open the game anymore. What's happening?

Everytime I try to open the game on the ps4 it's crashes on the loading screen e shows erros CE 348780, and it keeps happening repeatedly. It's been days and I cant play the game, only when it decide...

    I had the same issue and this fixed it copying the message i left on another post

    Go to PS4 Settings-application saved data management 

    Select saved data in system storage

    Choose Apex Legends

    Delete those files
