Are you seeing an error message? If so, please let us know and we can continue troubleshooting from there.
If you're seeing the CE-108255-1 error or crashing at launch, some players found the following workaround helpful:
- Go to PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management
- Select Saved Data in System Storage
- Choose Apex Legends
- Delete those files
