error code 0x887a0006 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I have just gotten my pc about four days ago and I downloaded apex but sadly every time I have opened it the error code 0x887a0006 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.

I have tried multiple ways of fixing this problem such as TdrDelay, Tdrlevel, underclocking overclocking, uninstalling, updating all drivers, resetting my whole pc and more. i have ran out of ideas and don't know what to do know so if you have any suggestions please tell me them. my specs are a rtx 3070 and a ryzen 7 5800

Hi @Stoozyluvsu,

Have you checked to see if there are any updates available for your BIOS? I've seen some cases where that can help with DXGI errors like this.

Hey @1tz7,

Are you running into the same DXGI errors? Have you had the chance to try updating your graphics drivers or BIOS to see if that makes any difference?

Have you been keeping an eye on your temperatures and hardware usage around the time the error happens? Are you seeing anything out of the ordinary there?
