Error Code 110

Hey, I am having a problem not connecting to the EA servers with error code 110. My child is under my account but when I log into the EA app or website, it does not show his gamer tag name on my account. I have verified his account, deleted and reinstalled the game, restarted numerous times and it keeps say retry and only at a 85% download. I have tried to add his email under family management but it will say that the link is expired as soon as I clip on it. Please help! I need all the advice
