that didn't work for me:
1) deleting the .sys file (C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat_EOS)
2) checking cache integrity
3) uninstalling the anti-reader with the following cache check
4) complete uninstallation of the game followed by reinstallation of the game
5) change platform to EA
6) reinstall Windows
