error code:net

i got disconnected from the game every 2 -5 minutes. i've reset the modem, used the default DNS, change to 8888 or 1111 . run all cmd ipconfig commands, but it still not improved. i still play pubg, sea of thieves, bf5, lol and some more but nothing happen to these game but AL. Can someone help me pls!!
