Error, directx 11. I have 12
Hello there, Apex won’t start for me. I keep getting an error saying that it can’t initialize because I don’t have directx 11. When I have 12. Please help!

Having DX 12 doesn't mean it'll have backwards compatibility to DX 11 IIRC.
