I replug my network cable from PC and now im in!
Guys I fixed it go to your wifi properties and go to your know networks click forget on the network you've been playing on than reconnect to it normally launch up and boom it works.🙂

Just downloaded and installed the AL game. Wasting 3hours download it,and cannot play the game..
I had the same problem and i tried a lot of ways to get it fixed and the only thing that worked was creating a new account, it means to start over once again from lvl 1
créate a new account and the server Will let you in, start over from lvl 1, I had the same issue and now i'm playing normally

I just had the issue by alt + f4 while in end of game and I don't want to create a new account or anything compromising mine. Is there a liable solution to it ?
repair doesn't work
restarting computer doesn't work
Unpluging network cable doesn't work
Someone said in another post to download the data from server but where ?
- Nevermind if fixed by itself by loading for 10 min and working
