Error Syncing cloud storage data

Error syncing cloud storage data how to fix it, changed dns and flushed dns cleared cache still doesnt work. Please reply asap.

Have you tried opening the Origin ports? @chishenzzz

UDP 443
TCP 80, 443, 8080
