Escalating the Issue to Higher Authorities for a Resolution
I am writing to formally escalate a matter that has reached an impasse and requires the attention of higher authorities within the game management. I have raised this issue multiple times and was informed that the Terms of Service (TOS) team is solely responsible for reviewing such cases, and no one else can re-evaluate their decisions.
It has been over 80 days since my account was permanently banned, and during this time, I have submitted more than 15 cases, all of which received the same automated response:
"Please do not expect further responses on this matter."
This repeated response is frustrating and deeply unfair.
I acknowledge that my account was permanently banned due to a single inappropriate word, and I admit to violating the game’s rules. However, I strongly believe that a permanent ban for this offense is excessive and unjust. Moreover, the treatment I have received throughout this process feels equally unfair.
I am not seeking to justify my mistake, but I firmly believe that humans are prone to error, especially in moments of frustration. Even the best of us are not infallible. It is disheartening that a single lapse in judgment leads to such harsh consequences without the possibility of reconsideration.
I respectfully urge you not to redirect me to the ban appeal form, as it only results in the same automated response mentioned above. I also kindly ask that you do not dismiss this as a final decision, as such a resolution feels disproportionately severe.
I hope my case can be reviewed by a higher authority, not only for my sake but also for other players who may have faced permanent bans for similar minor offenses.

I'm very sorry to say, we cannot help with bans over Answers HQ. If ToS is not going to overturn the ban after 3 investigations, it will need to stay in place. There is nothing else that can be done.
