@EA_Aljo I will not accept this as a solution to a problem like mine. It is extremely frustrating for players to be treated this way. I repeat, humans make mistakes, and a permanent ban over a single inappropriate word is completely unfair. As I’ve mentioned before, I want to escalate the issue regarding my account to higher authorities. Tell me how to do that or assist in escalating the matter, as there are many players facing the same issue with no one able to help.
