Everything in my account is gone,including my level,heirlooms,and currency.

Hello, I am an APEX veteran player, I have played 434 hours on the steam platform. I temporarily gave up playing APEX because of job reason. And I have once unlinked my Steam account. However, when I logged back into my account on December7st I found that the data reset was abnormal. My account had become a new level one account, and all my accessories, paid content, and match data were lost. At the time, I thought the official team would fix it, so I wasn't too concerned. But to this day, my account has not been restored. I the official can restore my account to the state it was before April, so I can get my account back. If you can do this, thank you. AX holds many of my memories, and I don't want to lose my past memories due to data loss.
