Excessive FPS drop

I recently came back to the game and i noticed that in match the FPSs drop based on the direction you are looking at.

I noticed that happens when facing the center of map and crowded areas. And even in other situations

I have a ps4 Pro. It is capped to 60 FPS and it can drop to 30 fps.

When shooting with 30/40 FPS it feels like i am not controlling the firing.
