I know that sounds like a dumb question, but I've seen bundles say "owned" when only the "core item" was owned, rather than every item in that bundle being owned.

Sadly, Apex does not offer any exchanges or refunds as once an item is bought, its permanently unlocked for the account it was bought on/for.

Just to confirm, was this bundle purchased on the account you're posting with currently, or do you have a different profile that may have been used? Was this just purchased within the past day or so?

With a brief look over what I can see on your account currently, I'm not seeing this particular bundle being purchased, or in fact any purchase for that large an amount of Apex Coins. I do see recent Retro Packs and some other normal pack purchases and openings, but nothing on the level of a bundle like this.
