1. Do you have a screenshot of the items in the bundle itself? I know that sounds odd, but I've seen bundles say "owned" when only the "core item" was owned, rather than every item in that bundle being owned.

Sadly, Apex does not offer any exchanges or refunds as once an item is bought, its permanently unlocked for the account it was bought on/for.
